Find out how many people will be in your group.
Remember that there is a minimum number required. If you are
doubtful - get in touch with us - we may be able to help you.
Get the forms you will need:
insurance waivers
and consent forms if
any of the party are under 16.
It is best to get a provisional date as soon as possible;
firstly because you need to know if the day is available, and
secondly the players in your group need to know as soon as
possible.
A non-refundable deposit in advance is required. Send this
immediately you have a confirmed date as this will guarantee it
will be kept for you. Payment is by cheque only. Cheques must be
made payable to Venture UK.
